Tyrone Criddle; Cause No. 94-13180; 160th Judicial District Court; Dallas County.  Plaintiff’s Verdict; Motor vehicle accident; rear-end collision, no visible property damage; past medical bills were $5,994.86 in emergency room treatment, chiropractic treatment with soft tissue diagnosis and a negative MRI; Last pre-trial offer, $500.00.  Jury found 100% negligence on the defendant and awarded $5,052.96 in damages, plus pre-judgment interest and taxable court costs.  Nationwide Insurance.

March 4, 1996:  Tracy Norris v. Masae Balagia; Cause No. 226,353; County Court at Law No. 2; Travis County.  Plaintiff’s Verdict; Motor vehicle accident; rear-end collision; past medical bills were $5,149.95 in medical doctor treatment with soft tissue diagnosis; Last pre-trial offer, $0.00.  Jury found 100% negligence on the defendant and awarded $7,398.85 in damages, plus pre-judgment interest and taxable court costs.  Allstate Insurance.

March 11, 1996:  Richard Finder v. Lincoln City Club, Inc.; Cause No. 94-9823-H; 160th Judicial District; Dallas County.  Plaintiff’s Verdict; Premises liability case; past medical bills were $25,402.22 in surgical costs for reconstructed knee, physical therapy and rehabilitation; Last pre-trial offer, $50,000.00.  Jury found 75% negligence on the defendant and awarded $175,000.00 in damages, plus pre-judgment interest and taxable court costs.  Liberty Mutual Insurance.

April 29, 1996:  Patricia Bonilla v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; Cause No. 94-3650; 160th Judicial District Court; Dallas County.  Defense Verdict; Slip and fall; past medical bills were $89,460.45 in surgical costs for two level diskectomy with spinal fusion, physical therapy and rehabilitation; Last pre-trial offer $0.00.  Jury found 0% negligence on the defendant and, therefore, did not reach the question of damages.  Case was appealed up to the Supreme Court of Texas where writ was denied.  Self-Insured.

June 26, 1996:  David Lincon, Saul Lincon, Azeneth Puente and Michelle Soria v.
