Maria Florencia Tristan; Cause No. 96-CVE-0073-D3; 341st Judicial District Court; Webb County.  Defense Verdict; Motor vehicle accident with plaintiff riding a bicycle; past medical bills were $4,464.75 in medical doctor treatment, closed head injury diagnosis; Last pre-trial offer, $12,000.00.  Jury found no negligence on the defendant and, therefore, did not reach the question of damages.  Viking Insurance Company.

April 9, 1997Stephen Galbreath v.
