Alida Martinez, Cause No.. 00-4507-B, 44th District Court, Dallas County.  Plaintiff’s Verdict.  Motor Vehicle accident, side-impact collision.  Soft Tissue Injuries.  Past Medical bills were $8,079.00.  Property damage of $1,500.00.  Last pre-trial offer $1,500.00.  Jury found for the plaintiff and awarded $4,464.00 in damages, plus pre-judgment interest and taxable court costs.  Allstate Insurance.   Accident and Injury Chiropractic

May 28, 2003:  Martha Ariciaga v.  Lucille James, Cause No. 02-1637-A,14th Judicial District Court; Dallas County.  Plaintiff’s verdict.  Motor Vehicle accident, 80-year old Defendant ran a stop sign.  Plaintiff had soft-tissue injuries.  Pat medical bills were $13,635.45.  Last pre-trial offer was $5,000.00.  Jury found Defendant 75% negligent, and awarded Plaintiff $11,510.95 plus pre-judgment interest and court costs.  Allstate Insurance.   Accident and Injury Chiropractic

June 11, 2003:  Camilo Manrique v.  Wilhelm Heibert, Cause No. 02-02801-F, 116th Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Plaintiff’s Verdict.  Motor Vehicle Accident in which Defendant rear-ended client while stopped at red light.  Plaintiff had soft-tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $17,263.11.  Last pre-trial offer was $0.00.  Tried to Bench, and Court found Defendant negligent.  Court awarded $35,796.79 to Plaintiff.  No insurance.  Attorney ad litem appointed by Court represented Defendant.  Accident and Injury Chiropractic

December 12, 2003:  Weatherspoon v. SST Truck Company, Cause No. 01-08229-G, 134th Judicial District Court; Dallas County. Plaintiff’s Verdict.  Defense of  wrongful termination allegations following filing of workers’ compensation claim.  Jury found for Plaintiff and awarded $10,000.00.  Self-Insured.

December 8, 2003:  North Texas Roofing Contractors Association v. Shanna Wood; Cause No. 153-195562-02, 153rd Judicial District Court, Tarrant County.  Plaintiff’s Verdict.  Fraud and Theft claims arising out of use of a company debit card. Bench Trial.  Judge awarded $45,000.00 and $12,500.00 in attorney’s fees. No Insurance.
