March 8, 2004:  Robbie Shaw vs Retirement Living Management, Inc., et al., Cause No. 02CV1246, 56th Judicial District Court, Galveston County.  Plaintiff’s verdict. 

March 15, 2004:  Dorothy Yates and Louis Yates v. Jose Ramiro Gonzalez aka Ramiro Gonzales and Rosa Carballo, et.al.  Cause No. 02-10649-A, 14th Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Plaintiffs’ verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were .  Jury found liability on Defendant and awarded $8,262.14 in damages for both Plaintiffs. 

April 12, 2004:  Jose Tijerina v. Shannon Lampp; Cause No. 39308, 66th Judicial District Court, Hill County.  Plaintiff’s verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, spinal fracture.  Past Medical bills were $13,995.00.  Jury found liability on Defendant and awarded $2,500.00.  American National Insurance Company.

June 4, 2004: Dora Garza de Ochoa v. City of San Antonio, Cause No. 2003-CI-08541, 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County.  Plaintiff tripped and fell on a sidewalk that had buckled.  Past medical bills were $34,601.02.  Jury found no negligence on either party. 

June 7, 2004:  Rebecca McFadden v. Philip Major, Cause No. 03-02496-I, 162nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Defense Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries and brain bruising.  Past medical bills were $9,120.00.  Jury found no liability on anyone and awarded no damages.  State Farm Insurance. 

June 14, 2004:  Jesus Ramirez and Maria de los Angeles Ramirez v. Greg Galloway; Cause No. 03-04694-J, 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Defense Verdict.  Motor Vehicle accident, head-on collision, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were approximately $26,000.00 (both plaintiffs).  Last offer was $6,000 for each plaintiff.  Jury found 50/50 liability and awarded no damages.  State Farm Insurance. July 19, 2004:  Pedro Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, Alma Cuevas and Rosa Cuevas v. Kimberly Smith; Cause No. 342-197020-03, 342nd Judicial District Court, Tarrant County; Defense Verdict.  Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were approximately $34,000.00 (all plaintiffs).  Last Offer was $3,000.00 for each plaintiff.  Jury found no negligence on Defendant.  State Farm Insurance.  K-Clinic

September 15, 2004: Delane Herrera, et al. v. Harley-Davidson Motor Company Group, Inc., et al., Cause No. 03-03-236, 271st District Court, Wise County.  Defense Verdict. Motorcycle accident at a railroad crossing.  Jury found no liability on the Defendant and awarded no damages.

November 8, 2004:  Mr. Joshua Bowens vs Fiana Feldman; Cause No. 380-05123-03, 380th Judicial District Court, Collin County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $6,408.00.  Defendant’s verdict. No negligence.  Plaintiff did not show up to trial. State Farm Insurance.

November 14, 2004:  Sandra Chapman v. Mobile Wash, et al., Cause No. 3:03-CV-0097 BD, United States Northern District.  Plaintiff Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, rear end collision.  Jury found negligence on the Defendant and awarded $110,001.57 in damages.
