March 6, 2006: Tammy Dresner v. Steven Meyers, Cause No. C-2004-0500B, 207th Judicial District Court, Comal County. Plaintiff Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, rear end collision; soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $11,202.46.  Jury found liability on Defendant and awarded $1,456.75. 

April 3, 2006: Wahidullah Hamid v. Down Under Pub & Grub, Cause No. 03-12839, 134th District Court, Dallas County.  Defense Verdict. Plaintiff sustained personal injuries due to an assault in the premise.  Jury found no liability on the Defendant and awarded no damages.

March 13, 2006:  Lizandro Ormeno vs. Jung Hyum Kim and Sang Wook Kim; Cause No. 416-2830-04, 416th Judicial District Court, Collin County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $4,527.00.  Plaintiff’s verdict. Allstate Insurance.

July 17, 2006:  Gerardo Morales et al. vs. Linda Haw; Cause No. 05-04931, 134th Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $21,444.36 for all Plaintiffs.  Plaintiff’s verdict.  Jury found negligence on the defendant and awarded $29,432.13 in damages. Allstate Insurance.

August 8, 2006:  Gabriela I. Solano vs. J.E. Hill; Cause No. 05-01178, 101st  Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $12,209.77.  Defendant’s Verdict No Negligence. Allstate Insurance.

August 14, 2006: Curtis Woods v. Union Pacific, et al., Cause No. 153-201473-03, 153rd Judicial District Court, Tarrant County.  Plaintiff Verdict. Motor vehicle accident in which the plaintiff was a passenger who sustained catastrophic injuries leaving him a quadriplegic.  Jury found liability on the Defendant and awarded $435,000.00 in damages.

October 2, 2006: Alfonso Guerrero v. Deanna Mindieta, Cause No. GN504236, 200th Judicial District Court, Travis County. Defense Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, rear end collision; soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $4,040.00.  Jury found no liability on Defendant and awarded no damages. 

October 25, 2006:  Annabella Pecol v. Vincent McKnight; Cause No. 04-04849-L, 193rd  Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $8,306.27.  Plaintiffs’ Verdict $5,975.25, Allstate Insurance.
