January 8, 2007:  Roger Bower and Lisa Streidl vs. Edward H. Buelow, III, Cause No. 17-216426-06, 17th Judicial District Court, Tarrant County.  Plaintiffs Verdict. Motor vehicle accident, Defendant ran a stop sign causing Plaintiffs vehicle to roll over.  Past medical bills were $29,768.84Jury found negligence on the Defendant and awarded $236,067.00 in damages.

January 8, 2007:  Alvaro Hernandez v. Alvin Charles Harrison and New World Van Lines, Inc. ; Cause No. 04-00-12988-CV, 13th Judicial District Court, Navarro County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $63,035.35.  Defendant’s Verdict, Plaintiff Negligent. St. Paul Fire And Marine Ins. Co.

January 10, 2007: Jerry Mazanowski v. Mark Mills, Cause No. 153-212159-05, 153rd Judicial District Court, Tarrant County.  Plaintiff Verdict. Motor vehicle accident, rear end collision.  Jury found liability on the Defendant and awarded no $12,770.21 in damages.

February 26, 2007:  Jeremy R. Reid vs. Toby Lee Pruett ; Cause No. 048-212063-05, 48th Judicial District Court, Tarrant County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $14,452.09. Plaintiff Verdict $31,910.16. Allstate Insurance.

March 26, 2007:  Santa Maria Majano vs. Jerson Aragon; Cause No. 05-04924, 101st Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $10,678.34. Plaintiff Verdict $14,217.31. Allstate Insurance.

April 3, 2007:  Maureen Mixtacki v. Samir Jagdish Parikh; Cause No. 04-03479-E, 101st Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $11040.16. Plaintiff Verdict $25,000.00. State Farm Insurance.

April 2, 2007: Andrea Luna v. Clyde Coupland, Lonnie Brichat and Theresa Brichat, Cause No. 05-01188, 192nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Defense Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, intersection collision; leg fracture and soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $28,421.48.  Jury found no liability on anyone and awarded no damages.  Farmers Insurance.

April 9, 2007: Oscar Sanchez v. Ginger Kocurek, Cause No. 2005-CI-18899, 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County.  Defense Verdict. Motor vehicle accident, Defendent failed to yield right of way exiting a private drive.  Past medical bills were $4,647.59.  Jury found no liability on the Defendant and awarded no damages. 

May 7, 2007: Lydia Jimenez v. Jerry Lynn Maddox, Cause No. GN501145, 53rd Judicial District Court, Travis County. Defense Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, rear end collision; soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $4,917.33.  Jury found no liability on Defendant and awarded no damages. 

May 22, 2007:  Rosa Loya, et al. v. Carrie White; Cause No. 06-02181, 298th  Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $28,400.05 for all Plaintiffs. Plaintiff Verdict $31,838.67. Farmers Insurance.

May 24, 2007Michael Rogers v.Yellow Checker Shuttles, Cause No. DC-06-01826, 68th Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Plaintiff Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, defendant ran a stop sign; fractured arm and soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $20,731.28.  Jury found liability on the Defendant and awarded$131,336.29.

May 29, 2007: Pedro Godoy v. Rosalva Castaneda Ibarra, Cause No. 03-05016-L, 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County.  Defense Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, side swipe collision; soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $10,359.37.  Jury found no liability on anyone and awarded no damages.  Allstate Insurance. 

June 4, 2007: Lee Hendelson, individually and as personal representative of the Estate of Adam Hendelson v. Janssen Pharmaceutica Products, L.P. and ALZA Corporation; Docket No.: 05-8116; United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. i v. Mark Mills, Cause No. 153-212159-05, 153rd Judicial District Court.  Plaintiff Verdict.  Wrongful death case involving a defective Duragesic Fentanyl patch.  Jury found negligence on the Defendant and awarded $5.5 millon.

June 18, 2007: Janice Graves v. United States of America, et al., Cause No. 3-06 CV-03         54N, United States Northern District. Plaintiff Verdict.  Motor vehicle accident, rear end collision; disc herniation and soft tissue injuries.  Past medical bills were $42,831.97.  Jury found liability on Defendant and awarded $13,795.95. 

June 18, 2007:  Zulfiqar Ali v. Michael Beasley; Cause No. 153-218641-06, 153 Judicial District Court, Tarrant County; Defense Verdict.  Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $16,553.13.  Jury found no negligence on Defendant.  State Farm Insurance.

August 20, 2007:  Abbiton Mumba vs. Brittany Poisso; Cause No. 06-01478, 342nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County; Defense Verdict.  Motor Vehicle accident, soft tissue injuries.  Past Medical Bills were $9,689.00. Jury found no negligence on Defendant.  Allstate Insurance.
