Visa Program was set forth in the Immigration & Nationality
Act and has been a valuable resource for American
companies and a critical program for educated, skilled
foreign workers wishing to work in the United States.
H1-B employees are given access to work in the U.S. if
they have the equivalent of a US Bachelor's Degree
and are employed in a "specialty occupation" (such
as engineers, mathematicians, accountants and other categories
