According to police, three people were killed after a drunk driver hit their vehicles on the frontage road of State Highway 360. The victims of the collision were 28-year-olds Justin Dikes, and a pregnant Alexius Mills. Justin Dikes had pulled over on the frontage road of Highway 360 after noticing he had a flat tire. Alexius Mills had arrived to help Dikes when Adan Garcia, 31, hit their vehicles and fled the scene. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found three damaged vehicles, and pronounced Justin Dikes deceased. Doctors were able to deliver Mills’s baby at a local hospital but, unfortunately, both mother and baby passed away from their injuries. Garcia was found in Mansfield and charged with three counts of Intoxicated Manslaughter, as well as three counts of Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
