Shortly after 11 p.m. on Friday last week, the Dallas Police Department stated a 2018 Ford F150 was speeding northbound on Masters Drive in the middle lane. 23-year-old Charles Cardoso nailed the back of a 2015 Mercedes CLA250 that was also traveling northbound in the middle lane.
