Licensed in 1984, Christina Mancuso is a private-practice-experienced trial attorney who has prosecuted and managed cases and claims in complex multi-district litigation, class action federal and state civil litigation, toxic torts, mass tort, products liability, pharmaceutical and multi-party insurance litigation, as well as foreign patent litigation cases.
As Senior Counsel at Baron & Budd PC, she negotiated, settled, and tried hundreds of dangerous drug, defective medical device, and other tort cases. Recently, Christina has successfully represented a number of clients in the MDL - 2179 Oil Spill by the Oil Rig "Deepwater Horizon" by prosecuting claims and litigation cases.
Christina was honored to participate in Trial Lawyers Care to successfully represent pro bono an injured survivor’s claims for compensation before the September 11 Victim’s Compensation Fund of 2001.
