This year, Angel Reyes & Associates is proud to have been ranked #44 among the fastest-growing private companies in the Southwest region on the 2026 Inc. Regionals list. We are proud of this recognition, and we want to share what it reflects about the work happening every day across our Texas offices.

What the Inc. Regionals Recognition Measures

Unlike many industry awards, the Inc. Regionals list isn’t about nominations, paid placements, or self-reported prestige. Inc. calculates the two-year revenue growth rate for each company on the list, ranks them by that number, and publishes the results. The methodology is straightforward: either a business grew, or it didn’t.

Angel Reyes & Associates posted a 146% growth rate over the two-year qualifying period, growth that earned us the #44 position on the Regionals Southwest list. For context, this is a region that includes some of the most competitive business markets in the country.

What that number ultimately reflects is straightforward: more Texans reached out for help, and our firm was ready to meet them. That readiness, the infrastructure, the attorneys, the support staff, the systems behind every case, is what real growth requires in a law firm context.

The Inc. Regionals ranking measures two-year revenue growth, but behind that number is a more tangible kind of expansion: more offices, more attorneys, and a wider geographic footprint across the state.

Over the past year, Angel Reyes & Associates has opened new locations in El Paso, Arlington, and two additional Houston-area offices in Sharpstown and Pearland. Each of these expansions was driven by the same question: where do Texans need access to experienced personal injury representation that they aren’t currently getting?

Angel Reyes & Associates was founded in 1993 with a straightforward premise: injured Texans deserved the same aggressive, sophisticated legal representation that had long been reserved for corporate clients. Over three decades later, that premise still drives every decision we make.

Our firm was named to the Inc. 5000 in 2025—a compilation of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies across the nation. A three-year growth rate of 396% helped us come in at 1,091 last year.

In September 2025, four of our attorneys were named to the 2025 Texas Super Lawyers rankings, a distinction determined through independent research and peer nomination among Texas attorneys. Having four selections in a single year is a reflection of individual excellence and firm-wide depth.

Last November, we received dual recognition in the 2026 Best Lawyers in America and Best Law Firms editions. Founding attorney Angel L. Reyes III was named to The Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs for the seventh consecutive year, while our firm earned a Regional ranking in Dallas/Fort Worth in the Best Law Firms edition, with rankings built from more than 110,000 client references and 200,000 peer evaluations, with zero paid placement.
