Texas Firm Named One of the Fastest-Growing Companies in the Southwest Region in Consecutive Years

Earning a spot on an Inc. Magazine list once is meaningful. Earning it two years in a row tells a story about staying power, sustained growth, and a firm culture built around a strategy for sustained success.

This year, Angel Reyes & Associates is proud to have been ranked #44 among the fastest-growing private companies in the Southwest region on the 2026 Inc. Regionals list. We are proud of this recognition, and we want to share what it reflects about the work happening every day across our Texas offices.

Growth at a law firm doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It requires trust from clients, earned through a consistent record of results. It follows years of clients who have felt heard, supported, and fought for when the stakes were highest. The 2026 Inc. Regionals ranking is, at its core, a reflection of those relationships.

What the Inc. Regionals Recognition Measures

Unlike many industry awards, the Inc. Regionals list isn’t about nominations, paid placements, or self-reported prestige. Inc. calculates the two-year revenue growth rate for each company on the list, ranks them by that number, and publishes the results. The methodology is straightforward: either a business grew, or it didn’t.

Angel Reyes & Associates posted a 146% growth rate over the two-year qualifying period, growth that earned us the #44 position on the Regionals Southwest list. For context, this is a region that includes some of the most competitive business markets in the country.

What that number ultimately reflects is straightforward: more Texans reached out for help, and our firm was ready to meet them. That readiness, the infrastructure, the attorneys, the support staff, the systems behind every case, is what real growth requires in a law firm context.

Growth That Reflects Expansion Across Texas

The Inc. Regionals ranking measures two-year revenue growth, but behind that number is a more tangible kind of expansion: more offices, more attorneys, and a wider geographic footprint across the state.

Over the past year, Angel Reyes & Associates has opened new locations in El Paso, Arlington, and two additional Houston-area offices in Sharpstown and Pearland. Each of these expansions was driven by the same question: where do Texans need access to experienced personal injury representation that they aren’t currently getting?

Alongside our established offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, this broader footprint means that more injured Texans can access our team in person, in their community, without having to travel hours to be heard.

Growth, for us, has always been a means to an end—the end of helping more people.

The Firm Behind the Number

Angel Reyes & Associates was founded in 1993 with a straightforward premise: injured Texans deserved the same aggressive, sophisticated legal representation that had long been reserved for corporate clients. Over three decades later, that premise still drives every decision we make.

Today, our attorneys handle some of the most complex personal injury cases in the state, including multi-vehicle highway crashes, catastrophic workplace injuries, and wrongful death litigation. We have recovered more than $1 billion in total compensation for clients across Texas, and we’ve done it by treating every case as if it’s the only one that matters.

The Inc. Regionals ranking measures growth. However, there’s a story behind that number that can be hard to see without context. One of the primary drivers for our growth is the referrals from past clients who trusted us with someone they love. We love our reviews from people who came to us scared and left feeling like they had a fighter in their corner, and our 5-star rating is built across more than 15,000 of those individual reviews.

That reputation is what we protect most. Our ranking on this year’s Southwest list is a byproduct of it.

A Year of Compounding Recognition

The 2026 Inc. Regionals distinction didn’t arrive in isolation. It follows a sustained period of recognition earned across multiple categories throughout 2025; each award measured something different, and collectively they paint a picture of a firm operating at a high level across the board.

Our firm was named to the Inc. 5000 in 2025—a compilation of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies across the nation. A three-year growth rate of 396% helped us come in at 1,091 last year.

In September 2025, four of our attorneys were named to the 2025 Texas Super Lawyers rankings, a distinction determined through independent research and peer nomination among Texas attorneys. Having four selections in a single year is a reflection of individual excellence and firm-wide depth.

Last November, we received dual recognition in the 2026 Best Lawyers in America and Best Law Firms editions. Founding attorney Angel L. Reyes III was named to The Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs for the seventh consecutive year, while our firm earned a Regional ranking in Dallas/Fort Worth in the Best Law Firms edition, with rankings built from more than 110,000 client references and 200,000 peer evaluations, with zero paid placement.

Also in November, Angel Reyes & Associates was named one of the Best Law Firms to Work For in Dallas-Fort Worth, earning a Top Workplaces DFW honor. It matters to us that the people who work here, the attorneys, staff, and support teams behind every client interaction, feel that this is a place worth their talent and dedication.

Taken together, these recognitions cover client outcomes, peer respect, firm culture, and business performance.

Community Recognition That Means the Most

Not all of our recognition comes from industry publications or business rankings. Some of it comes directly from the people we serve.

In 2024, our firm received the Best in DFW People’s Choice Gold Award for Best Personal Injury Law Firm, an award determined entirely by community votes. The Best in DFW Award recognizes top businesses across the region based on public support, and winning the Gold designation means our community chose us above the rest. That kind of recognition doesn’t come from a submission process; it comes from real people who wanted to say thank you.

Our firm’s connection to the Texas community also runs through our founder’s story. In 2017, Angel Reyes & Associates received the Outstanding Latino Business Award from D CEO Magazine, recognizing the firm’s impact as a Latino-owned business in Dallas. That recognition speaks to a thread that runs through everything we do: this firm was built to serve people who have historically been underserved, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Angel Reyes & Associates is also regularly recognized among industry leaders through honors such as the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Practice Areas That Drive Our Results

Our firm focuses exclusively on personal injury law. That focus isn’t a limitation; it’s a deliberate decision that allows us to go deeper for our clients than a general practice firm ever could.
