Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Andy earned his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in New York City before pursuing his J.D. at Baylor University School of Law. At Baylor, he excelled academically, earning a full-ride scholarship and distinguishing himself as a member of Baylor’s Law Review and Moot Court team. Andy returned to Dallas after graduation to advocate for injured Texans.
