Key Takeaways

  • Angel Reyes & Associates earned 2026 Culture Excellence Awards recognition in seven categories from Top Workplaces, based on direct employee feedback.
  • Top Workplaces awards are determined by an anonymous Energage employee survey benchmarked against more than 27 million responses, with no essays, fees, or external review committees.
  • A strong workplace culture at Angel Reyes & Associates directly benefits clients, who are served by a team that feels supported, valued, and invested in its work.

Top Workplaces Recognizes the Firm for Innovation, Leadership, Employee Well-Being, and More

Angel Reyes & Associates has been named a 2026 Culture Excellence Awards winner by Top Workplaces. Our firm earned recognition across an incredible seven categories: Innovation, Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, and Purpose & Values.

These awards are not handed out by committee or earned through lengthy written nominations. Instead, they come directly from the people who work here, which is exactly what makes them meaningful for us and why we take such immense pride in this type of recognition.

How the Awards Are Determined

Top Workplaces uses a research-backed employee survey administered by HR technology company Energage to assess workplace culture. The survey is confidential and anonymous, and it measures 15 culture drivers considered critical to organizational health, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Once the survey closes, results are benchmarked against Energage’s proprietary database of more than 27 million employee surveys. If a company’s engagement score meets or exceeds the benchmark for its industry and size, it earns recognition. It is strictly data-driven; there are no application fees, no written submissions, and no executive interviews.

Culture Excellence Awards are evaluated against specific survey statements tied to each category, which means winning in seven categories reflects consistent, measurable strength across seven distinct dimensions of our workplace, not just a single strong score. The process is also fully confidential: only winners are announced publicly. Organizations that participate and do not qualify are never identified.

Seven Categories, One Culture

We’re proud to have been recognized for the following categories:

  • Innovation — We encourage our team to think creatively, approach problems differently, and find better ways to serve our clients.
  • Appreciation — Our people know their work is seen. Recognition is part of how we operate, not an afterthought.
  • Employee Well-Being — We invest in the health and balance of our team, because people do their best work when they are supported as whole people.
  • Professional Development — From new attorneys to experienced litigation staff, we are committed to growth at every level.
  • Compensation & Benefits — We offer competitive packages that reflect the value our team brings to every case and every client.
  • Leadership — Our leaders set the tone for a culture built on respect, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing right by our clients.
  • Purpose & Values — We operate with a clear mission: to fight for the people who need it most. That purpose guides how we hire, how we train, and how we show up every day.

A Culture That Shows Up for Clients

It is easy to think of workplace culture as an internal matter, but the environment we build for our team directly affects the quality of work our clients receive.

A team that feels appreciated shows up more engaged. A team supported in its professional development brings sharper skills to every case. A team operating under strong, values-driven leadership does not cut corners or settle for less than clients deserve. The seven categories where we earned recognition are representative of the foundation of the client experience we are committed to delivering.
