Leda Elhassan‘s nomination for Most Promising Newcomer comes on the back of a standout year, dotted with numerous big victories on behalf of clients. Earlier in in 2026, she secured a full-policy-limit $300,000 settlement for a client rear-ended by an intoxicated driver in Erath County. The result more than doubled the insurer’s best pre-litigation offer, utilizing two Stowers demands and steady pressure that never let up.
