What It Takes to Earn Great Place to Work Recognition

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, and they set a high bar for certification. To earn it, a company must survey its employees using the Trust Index, a research-backed assessment that measures five dimensions of workplace culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and a sense of belonging.

To obtain certification, at least 7 out of 10 employees must report a consistently positive experience at work. The organization does not take companies’ word for it; the data comes directly from employees and is obtained confidentially.
