A New Leader Joins Our Team to Help Us Grow Smarter & Serve Clients Better

We are extremely excited to announce that Bill Biggs has joined Angel Reyes & Associates as our new Chief Strategy Officer.

Bill brings more than 15 years of experience building high-performing law firm operations, and he is stepping into this role at a pivotal time, as we continue to grow our ability to stand up for injured Texans across the state.

Leadership Fueling Growth into the Future

Bill’s focus in this role will include taking the reins and driving some of the firm’s highest-priority operational and strategic initiatives. This includes operational excellence, client experience, leadership development, and long-term scalability.

Over the past five years, we have grown our monthly signed case volume more than tenfold, and we have recovered over $1 billion for clients across our more than 20 office locations statewide.

A Track Record Built for This Moment

Before joining Angel Reyes & Associates, Bill spent a decade as Chief Operating Officer at Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, one of the most operationally sophisticated personal injury firms in Texas. He went on to serve as Chief Team & Culture Officer at one of the largest plaintiff injury firms in the Northeast, Pond Lehocky Giordano.

Along the way, he founded The Master Plan, a consultancy that helps personal injury firms nationwide sharpen their operations and leadership, and co-founded Fireproof Performance Masterminds, a peer community for more than 80 of the fastest-growing injury firms in the country. He also hosts a widely followed podcast on law firm culture and operations and founded the Law Firm Leadership Summit.

A Texas A&M University graduate, Bill got his start in Texas, and his move to Angel Reyes & Associates brings him back to where his career in law firm leadership began.
